<p>The belt conveyer is advanced and simple in structure, easy to maintain. Its transfer capacity is high, transfer distance is long. They are widely used in mining, metallurgical and coal industry to transfer sandy or lump material, or packaged material. In many situation, it is a very important component of nonstandard machinery.<br />

<strong>Working Principle:</strong><br />
The belt conveyor is composed of frame, transferring belt, belt roller, intensive device, transmission device and so on. The machine body is make of high-quality steel plate joint. Frame is formed by height difference of front and back supporting legs, the category is a tilt with certain angle. On the frame, there are belt roller, carrier roller and so on for driving and supporting conveyor belt. There are two methods, drivem by speed reducer and electric drum.<br />

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Ball Mills are primarily used for fine grinding. Ball Mill is a key equipment which repulverises the material after it is crushed. Ball Mill is widely used in powder-making production line including cement, silicate, new-type building material, refractory material, fertilizer, ore dressing of ferrous metal and non-ferrous metal, glass ceramics, etc.</p>
<p>Our company has been amongst the pioneers for many years in the design and application of milling systems for the size reduction of a wide variety of materials including minerals, ores, and coal. There are two kinds of ball mill, grate type and overfall type due to different ways of discharging material.<br />

<p><strong>Working Principle:</strong></p>
<p>The ball mill is a horizontal rotating device transmitted by the outer gear. The materials are transferred to the grinding chamber through the quill shaft uniformly. There are ladder liner and ripple liner and different specifications of steel balls in the chamber. The centrifugal force caused by rotation of barrel brings the steel balls to a certain height and impact and grind the materials. The ground materials are discharged through the discharging board thus the grinding process is finished.<br />

<p><strong>Structure of Raymond Mill:</strong></p>
<p>1. The whole plant is a vertical structure of strong systematic characteristic, so it occupies small area. From crushing of raw material to grinding and packing is an independent production system.<br />
2. Compared with other milling plants, its passing ratio achieves 99%, this is what other mill can not reach.</p>
<p>3. Driving system of main frame adopts airtight gearing and pulley, drives smoothly and operates reliably.<br />
4. Main parts of the whole plant are made from cast and steel of high quality. The technics is so subtly that insures the durability of whole plant.<br />
5. The electric control system is centralized controlled, so the automaticity is high, no people are needed in the operating room.<br />

<p><strong>Working Principle:</strong></p>
<p>This equipment is mainly composed of main engine, analyser, fan, cyclone separator of end products, channel device, motor and so on. Its main engine is composed of frame, wind inlet scroll, blade, roller, grinding ring, shell and motor. Assistant equipments are jaw crusher, bucket conveyer, vibration feeder, electricity controll box and so on, customers can choose flexibly according to the working site.</p>
<p>After bulk materials are crushed to required size by jaw crusher, they will be transferred to the hopper by bucket conveyer. Then they will be fed evenly by vibration feeders to crinding cavity of the main body. During simultanious rotation of blade and rollers, materials will be thrown by blade between the roller ginding ring to form a litter layer. Materials will be grinded between the roller and the grinding ring so as to produce powder. Powder after being grinded will be drive to the analyser by fan airflow for sparating, qualified powder will enter into the big cyclone collector with air channel for separate and collection, and then be discharged from the unloading device and that is the power we want. Airflow is absorbed to the fan from the airback tube on top of the cyclone collector. Unqualified powder will separate with airflow while thrown by impellers to the exterior wall, rough powder will fall into the grinding room for regrinding because of its own weight. The whole system of the machine is closed and recycling, and is continuous under passive and negative pressure.</p>

The lifetime of spare parts relies on the hardness of raw materials, and is lowered once the Moth’s hardness is up to 4-6 grades.<br />

<p><strong>Working Principle:</strong></p>
<p>The motor drives the main shaft and every turnplate through the reducer. The reducer drives dozens of rollers to rotate against race way of ring through pin. Small materials crushed by hammer crusher are transported into hopper by elevator, and then vibrating feeder shall feed material to the central part of upper turnplate evenly. The material falls to circle under the centrifugal force and comes down to raceway of ring to be crushed into powder. After grinded in the first race way, the material goes to the second and third turnplate. The blower inhales the external air into the mill and carries the powder after third turnplate into powder-separator. Turbine in the separator makes the coarse powder drop down and regrind and the fine powder shall go into cyclone powder collector together with air current and go down through discharge valve as final product; at the same time, air current with a little dusts goes out through blower and muffler after purified by filter.</p>
<p><strong>Features:</strong></p>
<p>1. Under the same condition of fineness of finished products and motor power, its capacity is larger than that of airflow mill and mixer mill by 40 percent.<br />
2. Under the same condition of materials and fineness of finished products, the service life of its wearing parts is longer than that of impact pulverizer and turbine one. Generally, it can be more than one year.<br />
3. In the grinding cavity, there is no rolling bearing and screw. So the following questions don’t exist: the bearing and its sealed parts are easy worn; the screw is easy to be loose to damage the machine.<br />
4. The product fineness can be up to d97≤5µm without gradation.<br />

<p><strong>Working Principle:</strong></p>
<p>Large materials are crushed by Jaw crusher to the needed sizes firstly, then the materials are elevated to storage hopper by bucket elevator, third, the materials are fed into the grinding chamber for grinding by vibrating feeder equably and continuously. The powder after grinding goes upwards together with the airflow, after separating by powder separator, those which can meet the fineness requirement enters into the cyclone powder collector through pipe together with the airflow, and then discharged from the discharge valve as final products. The airflow is sucked into centrifugal blower through wind recycling pipe at the upper part of cyclone powder collector. The mainframe is driven by the speed reducer through the central axis in the mill. The quincunx stand connected with the upper part of central axis, at the quincunx stand, rollers are set and by which the vibrating pivot formed. Below the quincunx stand and rollers there is shovel system. <p><strong>Working Principle of High Pressure Suspension Mill:</strong></p>
<p>When entering grinding chamber, the raw materials are shoveled up by the shovels and grinded between the rollers and ring; the materials after grinding are brought into the separator along with the air from the blower, and the qualified fine powder became final products and come into the cyclone powder collector, the other unqualified powder fall down to be re-grinded. The circular air returns back to the blower that the above process will be repeated, and the remaining air enters the bag filter in order to protect the environment.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The GZD series vibrating feeder produced by our company is a newly designed one specilizing in transferring big bulk materials before medium crushing and screening. This feeder adopts the double eccentric drafts vibration generator, which can guarantee bearing impact while big bulk materials are falling, and it has big feeding capacity. In producting process, bulk and grain shape materials will be fed to receiving devices evenly, periodically, and continuously, so as to avoid machine stop caused by uneven feeding and prolong life span of the equipments.</p>
<p><strong>Working Principle:</strong></p>
<p>The vibrating feeder is composed of feeding cavity, vibration generator, support spring and transmission device. The vibration source of the vibra-tion case is the vibration generator, which is composed of two eccentric drafts both active and passive and gears agrege. Active draft will be driven by vee belt and gears on the active draft will joggle the passive draft to rotate, thus the two drafts will rotate simultaneously and reversly to make the bank vibrate and materials transferred continuously to fulfill the purpose of material transferring.<br />

<p><strong>Working Principle:</strong></p>
<p>While working, the motor will drive impellers to rotate slowly through vee belt, speed reducer and gears, stones and sand will enter into the sand washing tank through the feeding tank and rotate diviven by impellers, and grind with each other to eliminate impurities on surface of sand and stone and break vapor layer surrounding sand and stones, thus it’s helpful for dehydration and can form strong water flow, by which impurities and small things will be taken away and discharged from overflow opening of the washing tank to complete the washing function. Clean sand and stones will be taken away by impellers. Finally, sands and stones are discharged from rotating impellers to outlet tank and complete the shole sand washing process.<br />

This screen adopts barrel type eccentric vibration generator, and eccentric block for swing adjustment. <p><strong>Working Principle:</strong></p>
<p>This screen is composed of vibration generator, screen case, motor, bassis and supporting device.</p>
<p>While working, motor will drive the main draft to rotate through vee belt and generate high-speed rotating through eccentric block of the vibration generator. The running eccentric block will generate great centrifugal force, and the vibrating case will generate circular movement with certain swings, materials on the tilt of screen case will transfer continuous throwing movement. Process, in which materials meet the screen surface will separate grains smaller than the mesh and materials will be graded. Different swings are available while eccentric weight of vibration generator is changed.<br />

<p><strong>Features:</strong> <br />
	1. It features of simple structure, high crushing efficiency and low production cost. <br />
	2. It can fine crush and crude grind materials, and the crushed products are of cubic shape. 3. The influence from the water in materials to the machine is little. <br />
	4. It is suitable for crushing materials of medium, high and super hardness. <br />
	5. It works by stones hitting stones, so there is little wear for the machine and it can save energy and is of low consumption. <br />
	6. The grade and the fineness of the sand for construction after being washed can be up to the national standards, such as &ldquo;sand for construction&rdquo; and &ldquo;cobble and broken stones for construction&rdquo;. <br />

	<strong>Operating Principle:</strong> <br />
	The materials fall into the impeller from the head of the machine and with the function of high-speed centrifugal force, they strongly hit against and highly grind the other parts of the materials bypass flowing around the impeller in an umbrella form. After mutual impaction and between the impeller and the machine shell, the materials will move like a vortex and will be impacted, rubbed and pulverized many times. Then they will come to the required fineness controlled by screening equipment, and discharge from the bottom of the machine.</p>

VSI sand making machine (also called Vertical shaft impact crusher)。VSI series sand making machine is the first crusher designed by our company which crush between materials and crush between materials and liners. <p><strong>Characteristics</strong><br />
Lubrication system ensures reliable operation; The adjustable feed hopper guarantees the best quantity of material; cubic shape of final materials; high output and low power.<br />
<strong>working principle</strong><br />
Rock-on-rock: material fall down from the top equably. Some enter into the high-speed impeller through distributor and pipes, and then are thrown out from the outlet of the impeller by the high-speed centrifugal force. Material which are thown down by impellor hit the material around impeller which are parted like an umbrella by distributor. And then, the material formed vortex in the impellor and vortex chamber and are crushed after hit and frication for many times.<br />
Rock-on-anvil: material fall down from the top equably, enter into the high-speed impeller through pipes and are thrown out from the outlet of the impeller. At last the material are crushed by hitting the adjustable impact plate or impact bar opposite impeller in the vortex chamber.</p>

<p><strong>Working Principle of Cone Crusher: </strong></p>
<p>&gt;Cone crusher crushes materials by the working surface between the movable cone and fixed cone. So it is more advanced and efficiency efficient than jaw crusher. The movable cone is supported by spherical bearing and fixed on an hanging erect shaft which is set in the eccentric sleeve, and the sleeve is set on the stopping and pushing bearing. The movable cone and erect shaft are driven by the eccentric shaft sleeve together. The eccentric shaft sleeve is driven by horizontal shaft and fimbriated gear, and the wheel of the conveyor belt is driven by motor through v-belts. The lower part of vertical shaft is installed in the eccentric sleeve. When the eccentric sleeve rotates, there is a conical surface lined out by the shaft. When the movable cone comes near the fixed cone, rocks are grinded into pieces, when the movable cone leaves, grinded materials is discharged from the discharge hole. The fixed cone can be ascended or descended by adjusting setting to adjust the width of discharge hole, consequently the output size is determined adjusted.</p>

<p><strong>The features of JC jaw crusher:</strong></p>
<p>1. World-level manufacturing technology is adopted, and highest-level raw material is used.</p>
<p>2. Central lubricating device are installed on the machine, so the bearing is easy to be lubricated.</p>
<p>3. Adjustment of the discharge part is more convenient. The adjustment methods: gasket adjustment, hydraulic assistant adjustment, wedge block and wedge hydraulic adjustment.</p>
<p>4. More advanced movable jaw assembly lengthens life of crusher. Movable jaw assembly is made from cast piece with high-quality, is driven by two large flying wheels which are made from cast steel. Moreover, heavy eccentric shaft is processed by forged mold. All of these make the JC series jaw crusher extremely reliable.</p>
<p>5. Integral cast steel structure is adopted for bearing seat. Integral cast steel bearing matches well with the crusher frame, at the same time, radial strength of the bearing seat is highly strengthened. However, the separate bearing seat does not have this advantage.</p>
<p>6. Finite element analysis technology is adopted to make the crusher much stronger.</p>
<p>7. Crusher chamber adopts &quot;V&quot; structure which could make actual feed width comply with the nominal one.</p>
<p>8. Bearing with larger model and higher load are used. All JC jaw crusher is equipped with larger bearing compared with same model of normal jaw crusher. Its higher load capacity and effective oil seal will lengthen the life of bearing.</p>
<p>9. A newly designed tooth-shape side plate, makes the available area of jaw plate longer, and enhances the capacity.</p>
<p>10. Pressing bar and support type are used to fix jaw plate.</p>
<p>11. Heavy type protecting plate is intalled for bearing seat, accidental damage of bearing seat is avoided.</p>
<p>12. Supporting bar under jaw plate protects movable jaw and frame from being worn down.</p>
