Working Principle:

The main structure of the hydraulic cone crusher is the machine frame, eccentric integration, transmission draft integration, motors integration, mantle integration, fixed cone assembly. The auxiliary part is composed of electrical system, lubration system, hydraulic system and so on. While working, motor will drive the eccentric bushing to rotate through vee belt, transmission draft, transmission gears. Under the force generated by eccentric bushing, mantle will start to wave and makes mantle and fixed come come close and go eccentrically from time to time. Materials are pressed, impacted continuously and crushing is completed in this period, crushed materials will be discharged from the underneath outlet.
